Although we are an e-commerce and mail order company it is important for us to maintain the level of customer support expected in a traditional brick and mortar business. Your information will never be sold or released to third parties.

This internet site takes every precaution to protect our client’s information. When clients submit sensitive information via the internet site, their information is protected both online and off-line.

Return Information

Most gifts purchased from Esther Louise may be returned subject to a satisfactory reason, within 7 days of purchase for credit or exchange. Returned gifts must be shipped back in their original condition with postage covered. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to sales@estherlouise.co.uk with details of your cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the 7th working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

All returns must have a return authorisation number printed clearly on the outside of the package, otherwise they shall not be accepted. A return authorisation number can be obtained from Esther Louise via e-mail. Shipping charges are NOT refundable, and any damage to the gifts in transit may be deducted from the credit or exchange. Special orders and discounted purchases are both exempt from our returns policy and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Prices

The prices set out on the Esther Louise website are in UK Pound Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom rated VAT where applicable. You, the client, are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered. Delivery charges apply and are displayed during the order process.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which we have taken from you.

Availability of Gifts

Gifts which are in stock at the time of order, are shipped as soon as payment has cleared. All gifts are subject to prior sale. Esther Louise will immediately check the availability of an item for you and offer an alternative recommendation if the original piece you desired is no longer available.
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
