Returning Gifts

If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), then we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund up to 7 working days after you receive the item. If this is the case then it would be really helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Service Team on 0800 496 8111 or email us with the details, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
